Overview

Blendo is a data integration platform that helps businesses connect and sync data from multiple sources with ease. During my long-term collaboration with the Blendo team, I supported the company’s growth with a wide range of visual design solutions, helping maintain a consistent brand presence across digital and marketing channels.

Target Audience

Blendo’s audience includes tech-savvy marketers and data analysts in SaaS and enterprise companies, product and growth teams looking to unify data sources without engineering help, and decision-makers at startups and mid-sized tech firms seeking speed, clarity, and automation in data handling.

My Responsibilities

  • Evolving the brand’s visual identity while preserving its recognition

  • Designing marketing materials for digital campaigns and events

  • Creating custom iconography, infographics, and promotional visuals

  • Supporting the internal team with templates, presentations, and on-brand assets

Web Pages

Logo Lifting

Without changing the brand’s core identity, I introduced minor refinements to the logo—including improved balance, better spacing, and scalability—so it would perform consistently across web, social media, and printed materials. The update gave Blendo a cleaner and more contemporary presence without losing familiarity.

Infographics

Data storytelling is a critical part of Blendo’s value. I designed branded infographics to communicate complex processes, like ETL pipelines and integration flows in a clear and engaging format. These assets were used in blog posts, landing pages, and investor materials.

Visual clarity was key—each infographic had to simplify technical concepts while staying aligned with Blendo’s brand voice and design system.

Icons

To visually explain complex data operations, I created a custom icon system that aligned with Blendo’s product functionality and tone. Icons were designed to be modular, minimal, and intuitive, helping users navigate features and understand value quickly.

Conclusion

My long-term collaboration with Blendo allowed me to support the company’s evolution from a growing startup to a recognized leader in data integration. Through consistent, strategic design—spanning brand refinement, marketing assets, and product visuals—I helped shape a cohesive visual identity that resonated with Blendo’s audience and aligned with its mission.

This design foundation contributed to Blendo’s growth and visibility in the data integration space, culminating in its acquisition by RudderStack in May 2020 . The acquisition integrated Blendo’s ELT capabilities into RudderStack’s customer data platform, enhancing the combined offering for enterprise clients.

I’m proud to have played a role in Blendo’s journey, providing design support that helped the brand communicate its value effectively and consistently across all touchpoints.
